Visit the Centre for an invigorating 30 minute Detoxing footbath, or call in for a lunchtime foot spa. During the Ion Spa Detox treatment your feet are placed in a warm clear water bath. The Ion Spa initiates a small electrical current in the water delivering a gentle treatment of negative ions while you relax and enjoy. During the treatment bio energy is created in the footbath, water being a perfect medium to conduct the treatment just like a thermal spring allowing the body to recharge naturally.

Why Detox?
Our modern environment leaves us exposed to more contamination causing imbalance than any other time in history. Stress, toxins, heavy metals, foods we eat and electromagnetic pollution from mobile phones and computers leave most of us out of balance which can leave the mind & body feeling depleted. Our blood, tissues and organs all act like filters. As you expect filters need regular cleaning so do our bodies. In fact our body is the number one expert at detoxifying however we don’t recognize what our bodies need for this process. A combination of clean water, clean chemical free natural foods in moderation, exercise and mental relaxation is a fantastic start. What are Negative Ions?

Since I have been having my footspa treatments 3 times a week for the past 5/6 weeks, I have noticed an increase in the lightness of my being.
